The VSE PTA would like to know of any suggestions
and/or comments regarding the new PTA. We're looking for everyones
input as to future PTA Functions, Fundraiser Events, Membership drives...etc. The
form below can be submitted anonymously, however, if you would like
an answer to a question, please also include your email address (optional).

If money were no option, list the
top three to five items (in priority order) that teachers & staff
would like to see future PTA funds applied towards. (ie... books,
computers, software, media, playground equipment, paved track, grounds
improvements, interior improvements, safety, security...etc.)
