Memo from the PTA President

Welcome back!  It's hard to believe that the 2008-2009 school year is already upon us.  The PTA has already been hard at work this Summer planning the year's fundraisers, skate nights, family nights, our Fourth Annual Winter Festival and many other activities. 

I am excited about what the future holds for Vandora Springs Elementary.  Already there is a groundswell of enthusiasm for the year ahead.  With our membership motto this year being "Sign Em Up", our goal is to have  100% staff membership and to have a minimum of 350 parent members.

Now it's our turn to build on the incredible accomplishments of last year's PTA and its outstanding volunteers.  I would encourage each of you to let your voices be heard by joining the PTA.

I look forward to working with you to have a great year…one that is filled with fun, success and support for our children.
