Your involvement in the Vandora Springs PTA is important!
The PTA serves as a voice for all parents and provides support to the teachers and staff. Through meetings and other social activities, the PTA provides opportunities for parents to connect with each other. In addition, through fundraisers, we provide funding for many educational activities and products not supported in the school's regular budget.
Some of the projects the PTA supports are:
- Cultural Arts programs such as musical performances and literary events
- New technology for the school
- New books for the Media Center
- Acceleraterd Reader books and supplies
- Funds for all teachers to purchase educational materials for classrooms
- Safety programs geared toward children
- School improvements, including picnic tables with umbrellas, exterior benches, school murals, renovations to the teachers' lounges, etc.
Memberships are only $5.00 per person and are valid for one school year.
